I have some pretty exciting news to share with you all! Let me start by saying that a few short months ago I was on top of my e-mails and my client communication was exactly where I wanted it to be. I responded quickly and was able to keep up a constant line of communication with my clients.
Enter my second child…
Shortly after the birth of my second daughter I realized that it was time to seek assistance for my business. It had become increasingly harder to respond to messages in the timely manner that I expected of myself. For this reason, a few weeks ago I made the decision to hire, what I like to call, a Client Communication Specialist! I am BEYOND EXCITED!
But would I hire? Who would treat my clients and my business the same way that I do? Who would make it their personal mission to help my business thrive?
And then it hit me…
My mom would! Yes, my MOM!!! What could be more perfect?! The majority of my clients are senior girls and their moms!
My business will now have the love and care of a mother/daughter team helping to create a unique senior experience for exactly that…a mother/daughter team!
It’s a perfect fit – and I cannot tell you how absolutely THRILLED I am!
We are now in a transition phase where I am sharing with her, in-depth, the running of my business and she should be fully taking over the client communication and community relations portion of my business within the next 2 weeks. Exciting things are coming up, people! I can feel it!!!
